I rediscovered yoga in 2008 when I moved to Monaco after spending 10 years abroad working as a professional journalist in Canada, New York and Moscow and then Communications Director and Consultant for companies like Yves Rocher and Amadeus.A stark contrast to the busy and hectic world of communications, I followed my intuition to take a different professional path with yoga. Convinced of the benefits that yoga offers, I founded Elanda Villa, a haven of peace located in Cap d'Ail where I shared my passion for Yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, Reiki, meditation and developed my Life Coaching programs.When the first lockdown was imposed in France in March 2020 I had to close Elanda Villa. I now offer Reiki in my home, and give private Yoga classes and Life Coaching either at your home, outdoor or via video calls.After years of teaching Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Hot Yoga, I now specifically propose Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Chair Yoga -forms of Yoga that fit every body, with any physical condition and at any age, adapting to the needs of my clients.Through compassionate guidance and energy healing such as Reiki and magnetism, I help you align and anchor yourself, to better listen to your body and soul, develop skills like resilience, confidence and letting go, as well as maintaining a better connection to the world and to yourself.I will guide you to identify your strengths and your objectives, become aware of your purpose, identify and overcome the blockages that hold you back, and acquire the tools to achieve lasting fulfillment.With the right tools and diligent practice, your true happiness is within reach!
