Mark’s mission is simple: to help people live a fit, healthy life through an integrated approach, combining physiotherapy, nutrition, and personal training. With over 15 years in the medical and sports fields, Mark holds a BA in Health Science and is certified by NASM, with additional expertise in dry needling, sports nutrition, kettlebell training, and Animal Flow.Unlike traditional physiotherapy, Mark’s approach emphasizes corrective exercise and empowering clients. He designs progressive programs that teach clients to understand and maintain their bodies independently after therapy, fostering long-term wellness.Mark has a special interest in helping clients in chronic pain, guiding them to challenge self-limiting beliefs and regain confidence. His passion for fitness started early, working in a local gym, and has grown through his experience in multidisciplinary settings with professionals across health disciplines.In his studio, Mark values a diverse, inclusive team. He also partners with organizations like TCS, delivering corporate wellness programs for clients such as Wing and SCIA International School, helping employees achieve new health milestones together.
