FAQs
What conditions can acupuncture help with?
Acupuncture is commonly used to address various conditions, including chronic pain, migraines, stress, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances. It promotes overall wellness by restoring balance to the body’s energy flow.
Is acupuncture safe, and does it hurt?
Yes, acupuncture is a safe and minimally invasive treatment when performed by a licensed practitioner. The needles are very thin, so most people experience little to no pain—just a slight sensation as the needles are inserted.
How many acupuncture sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on the individual and the condition being treated. Some people experience relief after a few sessions, while chronic conditions may require a more extended treatment plan. Your practitioner will work with you to create a personalized plan.
