Refund Request Period: Refund or return requests are acceptable only within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

Criteria for Return Eligibility: For an item to be eligible for return, it must remain unused and in the same condition as it was received, including being in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods: Certain items are exempt from return, including but not limited to perishable items, printed materials, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, apparel, compounds (tinctures, supplements, medicines, moisturizers, colognes etc.), headwear, gift cards, downloadable software products, special order items, discounted and final sale items, and certain health and personal care items.

Return Procedure: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns. Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer.

Return Conditions: Partial refunds are not permitted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the returned item does not meet our return conditions. Customers will have 3 calendar days to pay additional return-to-sender shipping before items are discarded. No payments, refunds, exchanges, or other criteria will be made available. Conditions include items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, and items returned more than fifteen (15) days after delivery are the customers responsibility.

Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, a notification of approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated via email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds: Customers yet to receive a refund should first check their bank account, then contact their credit card company and bank. If the refund is still not received, customers should contact us.

Refund Eligibility for Sale Items: Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, discounted, or final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges: Exchanges are limited to items that are defective or damaged. Instructions for exchanges are provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Gift Returns: Items received as gifts (identified as such at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient) will be credited to the recipient upon return. For non-gift-marked items, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Responsibility for Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for higher-value items.
